Description: The course is designed to foster a nuanced understanding of how Korean historical events, linguistic uniqueness, regional variations, and societal values have interplayed to mold contemporary Korean society. By examining the evolution of literature, media, and language, students will discern a variety of changing facets of Korean culture across different regions. With a combination of interactive exercises and collaborative projects, students will progressively build their proficiency and critical discussion skills in Korean.
