Description: Successful process performance improvement requires a fundamental set of analytical tools, along with the experience of applying them. This course provides students with the knowledge of improvement tools used in improving process problems related to capacity and throughput, and turnaround time. The course includes practical application of the tools through hands-on practical simulation exercises. Recommended Prerequisite(s): MGMT 712 and/or MGMT 748
