Description: This course introduces machine learning tools for marketing analytics from large-scale online text data. Methods covered include topic modelling, word embeddings, recurrent neural networks, and deep learning (BERT). Applications covered include extracting topics in discussions, mining brand sentiment, estimating product positioning, and generating product insights from large-scale text data such as consumer reviews and firm disclosures using Python.
