Description: We present the theoretical foundations of cellular and systems neuroscience from distinctly quantitative point of view. We develop the mathematical and computational tools as they are needed to model, analyze, visualize and interpret a broad range of experimental data. Recommended Prerequisite(s): CAAM 210 or MATH 211 or CAAM 335 or MATH 355. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for CAAM 415 if student has credit for CAAM 615.
