Description: This course explores current developments in humanistic practices and theories of cartography and 3-D modeling. Undergraduates and graduate students from across campus form research cohorts with Rice faculty, external scholars, and practitioners. Each course assigns credit hours based on the number of guess speakers and class meetings on a semester-by-semester basis. Cross-list: HURC 650. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for HURC 450 if student has credit for HURC 650. Repeatable for Credit.
