Description: Continuation of FREN 141. Development of interactional competence in French (sociolinguistic and socio cultural knowledge) to communicate and interact with speakers of French. The course is based on a student-centered, critical-thinking approach to language analysis/acquisition. Effective May 15, 2019, this course does not carry D1 credit. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for FREN 142 if student has credit for FREN 262.
