Description: Students learn the principles of engineering leadership, strategies for launching and leading engineering teams, and methods for utilizing creativity and innovation in engineering environments. Learning methods include case studies, simulations, group projects, and interactions with industry professionals. Cross-list: ENGI 515. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for ENGI 315 if student has credit for ENGI 515.
