Description: A seminar course to introduce students to topics in Data Science at the interface between Statistics and Computer Science. Students participate in the process of preparing, delivering and critiquing talks. Topics change each semester. Cross-list: STAT 496, STAT 696, COMP 696. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for COMP 496 if student has credit for COMP 696. Repeatable for Credit.
