Description: We present the theoretical foundations of cellular and systems neuroscience from distinctly quantitative point of view. We develop the mathematical and computational tools as they are needed to model, analyze, visualize and interpret a broad range of experimental data. Cross-list: NEUR 415, ELEC 488, NEUR 615, CAAM 615, ELEC 588. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for CAAM 415 if student has credit for CAAM 615.
