Description: Through this course, coffee and espresso aficionados will gain a deeper understanding of the intricate flavors, underlining chemistry, colorful history, popular brewing methods, and diverse cultures that go into making every cup of coffee. Students will participate in regular coffee shop visits to gain practical insights and transferrable skills.
