Description: This course investigates the legal and judicial processes in the US and the UK/EU and will include lectures and guided site visits. The US component will include lectures from faculty, federal and state judges, and university and private attorneys and visits to federal and state courts. The UK component will be similar, with visits to UK courts and commissions and academic and legal lectures. The travel portion occurs in May the week before graduation. Travel will be coordinated by the Study Abroad Office and requires extra fees paid for by the students. Enquire with the instructor or Study Abroad for travel details. Repeatable for Credit.
