Description: This course prepares a student for research in the mathematical sciences on a specific topic. Each section is dedicated to a different topic. Current topics include bioinformatics, biomathematics, computational finance, simulation driven optimization, data simulation, and spectral optimization in rational mechanics. The topics may vary each semester. Instructor Permission Required.Graduate/Undergraduate Equivalency: CAAM 499. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for CAAM 699 if student has credit for CAAM 499. Repeatable for Credit.
