Course examines the natures, roles, physical appearances, and functions ascribed to the intermediate beings (angels, powers, and monsters) in western thought from the Ancient Near East to the modern Period, in both academic and popular opinion. Graduate/Undergraduate Equivalency: RELI 508. Mutually Exclusive: Credit cannot be earned for both RELI 326 and RELI 508.
