Description: SUMMER 2016: HART IN THE WORLD: ROME, THE ETERNAL CITY. A first-hand exploration of Rome, from its earliest days to today. This course is taught on site in Rome. We will explore the layers of the city from its earliest days, through the Renaissance and up to Fascist redistricting and contemporary monuments. This is a Special Topics course with locations changing annually. Priority given to HART majors. Funding possibilities provided.
