Description: This course contains two parts running concurrently every week. Part one focuses on language acquisition. Online textbook is Taiwanese on Campus, by L. Chen. Emphasis is on daily, practical expressions. Part two is an examination of Taiwanese nativist literature with special attention to its language/cultural and political/historical background.
