Description: Team-taught by an historian and a cultural-critic, this seminar explores the exchanges and tensions between the U.S. and Latin America, from the early 19th century to the present day, aiming at connecting diverse narratives and presenting opposing perspectives through the counterpoint of documents, paintings, essays, and movies.
