Description: We present the theoretical foundations of cellular and systems neuroscience from distinctly quantitative point of view. We develop the mathematical and computational tools as they are needed to model, analyze, visualize and interpret a broad range of experimental data. Cross-list: NEUR 415, CAAM 415, NEUR 615, CAAM 615, ELEC 588. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for ELEC 488 if student has credit for ELEC 588.
