Description: A thorough treatment of basic methods of analysis such as metric spaces, compactness, sequences and series of functions. Also further topics in analysis, such as Hilbert spaces, Fourier series, Sturm- Liouville theory. Credit cannot be earned for MATH 321 and MATH 331.
