Description: Linear transformations and matrices, solution of linear equations, inner products eigenvalues and eigenvectors, the spectral theorem for real symmetric matrices, applications of Jordan canonical form. Credit may not be received for both MATH 354 and MATH 355. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for MATH 355 if student has credit for MATH 354.
