Description: Read, discuss, and analyze African, African American, Caribbean, and other African Diaspora existential thought and philosophy. Explore history of philosophy in that context and major philosophical issues and voices. Write 2 book reviews (5 pages), do a presentation in one area (African, African American, Caribbean philosophy), and write a research paper on a significant issue on Africana philosophy demonstrating sophistication in philosophical analysis.
