Course examines the natures, roles, physical appearances, and functions ascribed to the intermediate beings (angels, powers, and monsters) in western thought from the Ancient Near East to the modern Period, in both academic and popular opinion. Graduate/Undergraduate Equivalency: RELI 508. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for RELI 326 if student has credit for RELI 508.
