Description: For students with no background in Chinese. Students will learn Pinyin writing system, vocabulary and structure required for basic communicative tasks. Students will learn to write approximately 100 Chinese characters. Chinese culture will be introduced. Weekly laboratory assignment and tutorial participation are require to receive full credit. No prior knowledge of Chinese needed. Credit may not be received for both CHIN 101 and CHIN 222.
 

CHIN 102 - INTRODUCTORY CHINESE II
