Description: This fast-paced, highly interactive and energetic course will explore the fundamental concepts, strategies and best practices of marketing professional services in today’s global economy—and how this marketing differs from marketing tangible goods and non-professional services. Students will learn the importance of branding, public relations, crisis communications and Web 2.0 to promoting professional services today, and how to successfully integrate those vehicles with traditional marketing strategies.
