Description: This course explores cultural materials ranging from journalistic to literary texts and films. It focuses on topics relating to German culture, literature, history, and politics. Communicative tasks are designed to develop cultural and linguistic proficiency, with special emphasis on writing skills and oral fluency. Taught in German. Recommended Prerequisite(s): Results of Placement Test or GERM 202 or Permission of Instructor.
