Description: This course will survey the evolution of technology from magic, moral questions surrounding technology, and the technologicla intersections of spirit and matter and nature and culture. Two relgious systems - Chinese and Jewish - are considered in dept. Includes project-based learning. Credit may not be recieved for both RELI 212 and 319. Cross-list: RELI 319. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for RELI 212 if student has credit for RELI 319.
