Description: This course will examine the constitutional relationship between the Congress, the Executive branch, and the federal courts, evaluating constitutional challenges to current Congressional initiatives in health care, immigration reform, campaign financing, and authorizations for war. We will also discuss the role of congressional oversight and the influence of money and the media in determining the laws of the land.
