Description: This course will be a fun, hands-on introduction to the key concepts of electrical/mechanical/computational systems. Each student will use a small mobile robot to learn about block diagrams, abstraction and modularity, energy storage and conservation, feedback and control, digital communications, and software design. All interested freshman are welcome, no previous experience or prerequisites are required. The course will conclude with a multi-robot final design project. This class is for New Matrics only. Please attend first class if you are unable to register.
