Description: The nature of adolescence in an increasingly complex and diversity society is examined through literature written for and about adolescents and young adults. This study of the cultural, literary and developmental issues in adolescent literature is relevant to students of literature, psychology, child development, anthropology and sociology, and is recommended for students preparing to become teachers. Additional assignments are required. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for EDUC 525 if student has credit for EDUC 325.
