Description: This is a beginning level course designed to offer an introduction to the fundamentals of basketball and volleyball including skills, basic rules, and team play strategies. The acquisition and understanding of these skills and strategies will be presented through activity and lecture sessions. Prerequisite: Successful completion of LPAP graduation requirement.
