Description: This course will provide a broad overview of sport psychology concepts that are relevant to most movement-related activity. Specifically, the class will cover topics designed to enhance performance such as arousal and anxiety regulation, behavior modification, goal setting, leadership and communication skills, intrinsic motivation and self-confidence.
