Description: This course is designed to introduce students to the basic principles of Traditional Northern Style Chinese Kung Fu. Students will learn the fundamental principles of Chinese martial arts including: stretching, relaxing, front-and-back awareness, power issuing and whole body usage. Additionally, students will be exposed to a variety of Northern Kung Fu styles, with a particular focus on Baji Quan.
