Description: This course is designed to introduce students to triathlon training. Students will participate in a fitness conditioning program comprised of swimming, cycling, and running designed specifically for the completion of a spring triathlon. Additionally, students will learn about technical aspects of the sport including equipment needs and maintenance, and safety requirements. Equipment needed to take the course: bike, one-piece swimsuit, running shoes.
