Description: A survey course of research techniques used in modern inorganic chemistry. Topics covered will include X-ray diffraction, matrix isolation, mass spectrometry, magnetism, electrochemistry, and various spectroscopies (IR, Raman, UV-Vis, NMR, EPR, XPS, EXAFS, and Mossbauer). Open to undergraduates by special permission only.
