Description: A team-taught interdisciplinary course focusing primarily on the major philosophical, religious and artistic traditions of pre-modern Asia, with a particular emphasis on the historical importance of cultural interactions-- that is, the process by which ideas, people, products, technologies and skills circulated within and across local, regional and national boundaries.
