Successful companies will be examined, primarily in the way of delivering value. The course will highlight what constitutes a good value chain and why. A portion of the course will revolve around the definition of value and the formulation of a "value proposition". A delineation will be made in the formulation of the "value proposition" for companies with different value disciplines. Real examples and case studies will be shared with the students derived from many years of the instructors' consulting experience with internal and external customers in their pursuit to provide satisfaction to all three major stakeholders: Customers, Employees, and Shareholders.
