Description: The class is comprised of improvisational exercises and ideas that expand awareness and performance training for both the stage and for life. Skills include body-mind centering; exploring the use of movement elements (body, space, time, energy); developing self-expression in motion and dialogue; and developing the ability to play and connect with others.
