Description: This course is designed to increase knowledge of aquatic activities while increasing fitness through the use of a variety of water exercise activities. The course will contain a cognitive component that includes information concerning fitness, health, and wellness. The course will contain a written exam, fitness testing, lab activities, and shallow and deep-water workouts. Cross-list: LPAP 261. Course requires a one piece bathing suit.
