Description: An introduction to basic methods of description, recording, and interpretation of geologic and geophysical features in the field, including rock and outcrop description, map and cross-section construction, and data acquisition and analysis. A required seven day field excursion will take place during Spring Break. Recommended prerequisite(s): ESCI 322 and 323.
