Description: This course will examine common competencies taught in corporate leadership development programs (e.g., self-development, conflict-management, diversity management, cross-cultural management). Emphasis will be placed on critical leadership skills that have been proven to impact career success. Competencies important for individual, team, and organizational performance will be discussed.
