Description: This course is about making money the old-fashioned way -- by rolling up one's sleeves and fixing the problems that constrain us from making more money. We will use the framework of the latest consulting terminology -- Lean Six Sigma -- to try to understand the interactions of Better, Cheaper and Faster.
