Description: Examination of corporate investment and financing, with emphasis on valuation methods and how financial policy impacts corporate value. Includes the implications of agency costs, asymmetric information and signaling, taxes, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, real and embedded options, and financial risk management.
