Description: PRINCIPLES OF MEDICINAL CHEMISTRY II ***** The course will describe the relationships between chemical structure and biological action of drug molecules. Organization will be according to disease state and phamacological classification with discussion of how chemical properties relate to drug mechanism of action and disposition. ***** Prerequisite(s): CHEM 212.
