Description: PRINCIPALS OF MEDICINAL CHEMISTRY ***** The course will describe the relationship between the chemical structure and the biological action of natural and synthetic drup molecules. Emphasis will be placed on the underlying principals of medicinal chemistry as well as specific therapeutic agents.
