Description: GENDER AND POST-SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION IN EASTERN EUROPE ***** Course examines effect on women of transitions to capitalism and democracy in Eastern Europe, with special focus on labor, childcare, political participation, women and the media, reproductive rights, domestic violence and trafficking in women.
