Description: INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTER ORGANIZATION ***** Microprocessor architecture, including the memory hierarchy, pipelining, I/O devices, and interrupts and concurrency. Computer representation of and operations on basic data such as instructions, integers, floating point numbers, and pointers. Low-level programming in C and assembly language. Basic system software. Performance issues.
