This course will be concerned with the art, architecture, and history of the late Middle Ages and Renaissance. We will employ historical texts, literature, and illustrations of works of art, showing how historical documents and sources can illuminate the cultural context of art and architecture. Also offered as HUMA 108 and MDST 108.
