Description: The first in a series of courses, the principal objective of which is to engage students in purposeful communicative tasks designed to develop proficiency and literacy in the languages and cultures of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Section 4 is an intensive course (3 weeks) that runs from late July to mid-August.
