Description: NANO-OPTICS ***** This is a seminar-based course for seniors and graduate students where a variety of currently hot areas in subwavelength optics will be studied. The main topics include: near field optics, microscopy and sensing, single molecule spectroscopy, nanoparticles and their optical properties, and photonic crystals and arrays.
