Continuation of SPAN 201. Enrollment is limited to 20 per section. SPECIAL NOTE Section 5: Three week intensive course taught May 8-29 in Grenada, Spain. Proficiency- based instruction focused on further developing the four communicative skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening). Particular emphasis on development of cultural competence. Includes cultural excursion to different cities. 3 hours daily. Additional Study Abroad program fee. Requires separate registration with Office of International Programs; see www.ruf.rice.edu/~abroad/.
