Includes basic diffraction theory as well as methods for characterizing the structure, composition and stresses in crystalline materials. Required for undergraduate MSCI majors. Meets with MSCI 535, but no paper is required of undergraduates. Graduate/Undergraduate Equivalency: MSCI 535.
